エスケープフロム（以下「当方」といいます。）は、漢字グリフカード（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 取得する情報

本アプリでは、次の情報を取り扱うことがあります。

  • アプリ内の設定情報
    • 言語設定
    • チュートリアル完了状態
    • ゲーム進行状況
    • ベストスコア等の保存データ
    • 広告同意に関する設定
  • 広告配信または課金処理に関連して、第三者サービス提供者が取得する情報
    • 端末識別子
    • 利用状況に関する情報
    • 購入情報または課金状態に関する情報

本アプリは、利用者が本アプリ内で直接入力しない限り、氏名、住所、電話番号などの個人を直接特定する情報を当方が収集することを予定していません。

2. 情報の利用目的

取得した情報は、次の目的で利用します。

  • 本アプリの提供、維持、改善のため
  • ゲーム進行状況や設定内容を端末内に保存するため
  • 広告の表示および広告配信の最適化のため
  • 課金状態の確認、購入の提供、購入の復元のため

3. 端末内保存について

本アプリは、ゲームの進行状況、設定、ベストスコアなどを利用者の端末内に保存することがあります。これらの情報は、本アプリの基本機能を提供するために使用されます。

4. 外部サービスの利用

本アプリは、以下の外部サービスを利用する場合があります。各サービスにおける情報の取扱いは、各事業者のプライバシーポリシー等をご確認ください。

5. 第三者提供

当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、当方が直接取得した利用者情報を、利用者の同意なく第三者に提供しません。ただし、広告配信、課金処理、アプリ配信等のために利用する外部サービス提供者が、その提供機能の範囲で情報を取り扱う場合があります。

  • 端末内に保存された本アプリのデータを削除する

なお、保存データを削除した場合、ゲーム進行状況や設定等が失われることがあります。

7. 子どもの利用について

本アプリは、年齢を問わず利用される可能性があります。当方は、適用される法令に従い、必要に応じて広告設定その他の取扱いに配慮します。

当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内表示、配信ページ、または適切な方法でお知らせします。

エスケープフロム ("we", "our", or "us") has established this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in 漢字グリフカード (the "App").

    • best score and similar save data

Please note that deleting stored data may remove gameplay progress, settings, and related saved information.

The App may be used by children as well as adults. We will take advertising and related settings into account as appropriate under applicable laws and platform requirements.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made, we may provide notice through the App, the app listing page, or another appropriate method.
